Integrity Home Loans, LLC opens its door and begins business.

Integrity Home Loans moves main office branch from Kaysville to Centerville.

March 2006  

Integrity Home Loans is pleased to announce that Wendy Nance will be joining our team.  Wendy is an experienced loan officer with over 7 years of experience in the mortgage business.  She has experience in training new loan officers and has served as Office Manager for her former employer.  There she was also a top loan producer year in and year out.  We welcome Wendy aboard and know that she will continue her success as a member of our team and will be a great asset to our company.

April 14, 2006

As of May 1, 2006 the State will be requiring all mortgage companies to have a Principal Lending Manager.  In order to be qualified as a PLM, one must complete a 40 hour course, have at least 3 years experience originating loans with a license and must pass a state and federal exam with a score of at least 85% or better.  Integrity Home Loans is pleased to announce that on March 31, 2006, Jason Cheshire complete all of the qualifications to become our new PLM.  Congratulations Jason!
